Alain Roux and The Waterside Inn raise £4,500 for Swan Lifeline
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful patron Chef Alain Roux and The Waterside Inn team for their incredible support.
We are honoured to receive a £4,500 donation raised during an exclusive event celebrating 40 unbroken years of Three Michelin Stars at The Waterside Inn — a truly remarkable milestone!
The event, a collaboration dinner hosted by Chef Alain Roux alongside his friends and two of the most revered chefs in France - Michel and César Troisgros, as well as leading pâtissier chef David Paganel, raised vital funds to support our work.
This donation will make a real difference — helping us restock and repair our site in Eton after an incredibly busy summer caring for swans in need.
As the UK’s oldest dedicated swan rescue charity, we are 100% funded by donations, and every contribution helps protect and care for these magnificent birds.
